Product introduction
Cable rollers should always be used when pulling cables. The pithead cable pulley is required at the pithead. Use the pithead cable pulley properly placed on the pithead, avoid damaging cable surface sheath by friction between cable and pithead.
Pulleys of corresponding sizes can be selected according to different cable diameters. The maximum cable outer diameter applicable to the pit head cable pulley is 200mm.
According to different cable diameters, the bending radius of the pit head cable pulley is different, and the bending radius is usually 450mm and 700mm. The turning angle of the cable entering and leaving the pit mouth is generally divided into 45 degrees and 90 degrees, and the corresponding number of pulleys is 3 and 6 respectively.
Common sheaves specifications include outer diameter 120mm* wheel width 130mm, outer diameter 140mm* wheel width 160mm, outer diameter 120mm* wheel width 200mm, etc.
The frame is made of seamless steel pipe and angle steel. The sheaves materials include nylon wheel and aluminum wheel. The steel wheel needs to be customized.
